another paleo snack tip

sometimes our mood can get the best of us because we miss a meal and don't have time to stop down and eat. and then sometimes we grab whatever we can like a twinke and then we're off our game. there's got to be a better way.

I got a hot tip and its changed my life... in fact it's the best... snack... ever.

14 almonds and a glass of coconut water.

that's a complete meal, and it's an instant can of whoop ass. nothing is wasted, nothing is extraneous, nothing is bad for you. just two whole foods and a freight train.

say you had a good breakfast but then real world gets in the way of lunch... 14 almonds and a coconut water will keep your glycogen level and straight while it also keeps you paleo.

by the way... catch Food Inc... either that or King Corn.
